Property Manager

Pam Childers earned her Florida Community Association Manager (CAM) license in 1993, which declares her a professional at managing associations such as ours. Pam has held a real estate brokers license in Florida since 1996. In the year 2006, Pam opened her own business, which is 1st Heritage Realty & Management, Incorporated. Before opening her own business, Pam managed Hollingsworth Place Condominium Association's property with her own CAM license under the umbrella of Pioneer Property Management, Incorporated.
